Acceptance of Orders
RezaMoosavi Sound Design Studios reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, for any reason. Also, any automated or electronic order confirmation, by e-mail or otherwise, does not indicate acceptance of an order.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances is RezaMoosavi Sound Design Studios liable or responsible for any damages that might occur from the use or misuse of any of our products sold, or supplied, to any business or individual under any conditions, including (but not limited to) to the following: (1) any economic consequential, or incidental, damages (including lost profits or income, lost time or labor, or lost data), (2) loss of, or damage to any type of hardware/equipment, records, or data, (3) any claims against you for damages from a third party, and (4) any type of personal injury. RezaMoosavi Sound Design Studios advises that all installations, or removals of (as well as any modifications, adjustments, or upgrades to), our products, be made only by a qualified technician.
One Year Limited Warranty
RezaMoosavi Sound Design Studios will, for a period of one year from the date of original purchase, replace or repair any hardware product we've sold to you that has been proven to be defective in workmanship or materials. New or refurbished, repair parts or replacement products, will be provided by RezaMoosavi Sound Design Studios on an exchange basis. This one year warranty does not apply to hard drives. Hard drives are covered by a 30 day warranty from us, and a one year warranty direct to the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for freight charges to return the defective product to us via an insured and trackable carrier (such as UPS or Fed Ex). This warranty does not cover any damage to products, this includes, but is not limited to, damage that results from the improper or incorrect installation, misuse, accident, abuse, incompatibility, disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification. We strive to make our return process fast and easy. However, all returns MUST be preauthorized and be clearly marked with a return number (RMA#) that we will provide. You must contact us to make a warranty repair/replacement request. RezaMoosavi Sound Design Studios does not warranty or provide support for any software product or operating system. Returns received without an RMA number on the outside of the package will be returned to sender. RMA numbers are valid only for 15 days from the date of issue. To request a return, please see email our Support Team. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee If you are dissatisfied with any computer product purchased from RezaMoosavi Sound Design Studios, you can return it for a full refund of the original purchase price (less any shipping charges) within 30 days of the original purchase date. If your order was sent without charging you for UPS Ground shipping then Shipping charges may be deducted from your refund amount. Products returned for a refund must be in perfect condition with all original packaging, accessories, and instructions. The customer is responsible for freight charges to return any product to us via an insured and trackable carrier (such as UPS or FedEx). This 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to computer systems or computer hardware components purchased separately such as hard drives, video cards, computer processors, computer motherboards, or surplus parts. Computer systems must be returned within 7 days of purchase, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Large quantity parts orders may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special order, or custom computer systems, and computer hardware components such as hard drives, video cards, computer processors, computer motherboards, opened products, and surplus parts may NOT be returned for a refund. All in-stock orders will generally ship within one business day, except for computer systems which will require typically 5-10 days as they are built to order.
